Prior to using or buying Electronic or Information Resources (EIR), departments are required to submit a ServiceNow Technology Approval Process Request (TAPREQ) for review by EIR Accessibility, Enterprise Architecture and the Information Security Office.
TAPREQs are required annually for each EIR used by a department.

Keep in mind, if you intend to use your ProCard, Business Affairs may also require you to submit a Business Affairs Exception Tracker (BAET).
